As the supplier of your company’s lithium battery goods, we make the following guarantees to your company:
I.Guarantee of our business qualifications
We guarantee that the business license and production license provided to your company are true and valid.
II. Warranty Regarding Our Supply of Goods.
- The supplied goods have qualified “Quality Inspection Report” and related product qualification certificates, in line with relevant national regulations.
- After the supply of goods is confirmed in writing by your company, the supply brand will not be replaced at will.
- The shelf life of the supplied lithium battery goods is 10 years ,calculated from the date your company sells it to customers.
- We recognize your company’s cargo acceptance system, and strictly abide by your company’s cargo acceptance system when inspecting the supplied goods.
- During the warranty period, if the goods have any quality problems, we will repair them free of charge unconditionally. If it exceeds the warranty period and we also provide after-service and your part will undertake the cost of the spare parts.
